Can I share a room with my friend?

Yes, you will receive the accommodation sign-up lists 10-14 days prior to departure, allowing you to select your roommates. Those who do not sign up for accommodation by the recommended deadline will be placed in available rooms.

Is it possible to stay in a room alone?

We offer shared accommodations to keep the trip budget-friendly; if you prefer single rooms, you'll need to arrange that on your own. There might be an option to coordinate with us for an extra fee, depending on the rates for single rooms.

What time should I arrive at the terminal?

We assemble at the Terminals at least 1-1.5 hours before departure, as the gate closes 30 minutes prior to leaving.

Will I need to carry ID/Passport with me?

We will be crossing 3 international borders, so it is essential to have your passport or ID card with you (Note: for non-EU citizens, both a residence permit and passport are necessary).

Do the accommodations provide free Wi-Fi?

Absolutely! Accommodations feature satisfactory amenities, including free Wi-Fi and power outlets conforming to European standards of 220V.

Am I allowed to cook at the accommodations?

Yes, most accommodations will provide basic shared kitchen facilities.

Is there a limit on luggage size?

You can bring the following:

• 1x 15kg medium suitcase to store in the bus trunk (it's only for 3 nights)

• 1x small backpack to fit under the seat

What will occur if I am found intoxicated during the trip or activities?

Participants must be physically and mentally ready during the trip.

There is a strict no-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. If someone is suspected of being intoxicated and is disturbing the trip, or there is any form of abuse, they must be reported to the guide and contact person.

Anyone suspected of being intoxicated will not be allowed to board the bus and will not be eligible for a refund. If this situation arises during the journey, the trip might be terminated for safety reasons, and any unused portion of the tour package will not be compensated.
