Can we stay in the same room/accommodation as a group? Should we make the trip booking together?

We recognize the importance of staying with your friends and will do our utmost to accommodate all requests. You may opt for either group or individual bookings. Please make sure that everyone has booked the same trip.

You will receive a link to sign up for accommodations via email 10-14 days prior to departure. The first person in your group to access the email can assign everyone to the same accommodation(s), with your friends' permission and depending on availability.

If you join the trip after the email has been sent, an accommodation will be automatically assigned to you. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder, ask friends to share it, or reach out to us.

What are the locations of the cottages? What is their size?

The accommodation is located near Levi, within walking distance. Most cottages can house 6-10 people and include rooms and loft beds, though some may vary in size.

What should I bring for my trip to Lapland?

Make sure to pack at least the following items:

  • A valid ID or passport for travel

  • Clothing suitable for the weather - you will receive a sample packing list in your information package

  • Towel and bed linen (for a single bed, approximately 90x200) - unless you have booked these already

Are meals included?

To keep the trip costs as low as possible, all cottages are self-catering—breakfast, lunch, and dinner are not included unless you add specific group meal options.

Each accommodation features good cooking facilities, and kitchens come equipped with basic amenities.

While meals are not included, we will make a stop en route to your destination so you can purchase groceries. You can discuss with your accommodation group what to cook together and share the grocery expenses.

For your grocery shopping: We recommend you complete all your shopping on the way to the destination. Your groceries won’t freeze in the bus luggage compartment unless temperatures fall to minus 35°C. Preparing meals together with your roommates can save you a significant amount of money.

Is WI-FI available in the apartments and cottages?

Yes! Absolutely!

What happens if there’s no snow?

We chose North Lapland as the site for our main destinations because it typically gets snowfall starting in October. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. So, if there is an unlikely occurrence of insufficient snow for activities dependent on it, we will provide alternatives or issue a full refund for canceled activities. Generally, activities that do not require snow can still take place.

What if I need to arrange a transfer before or after the trip?

We advise booking your transfer to arrive at least 2 hours ahead of your departure time.

We also suggest booking your return transfer to leave at least 4 hours after your arrival time.

Can I rent clothes?

You can rent clothing such as gloves, boots, and overalls for one or multiple days.

Is there a limit on luggage size?

You are allowed to travel with:

  • 1x 15kg suitcase to be stored under the bus (size is important; a medium-sized suitcase at most)

  • 1x small bag to take with you on the bus that fits under the seat

  • We may charge for any extra or overweight luggage

  • If you’re bringing your own skis or snowboard, that will be free if you notify us in advance and receive confirmation.

What are the buses like?

Most of our buses seat between 48 to 61 and come equipped with a restroom. These buses have accommodated many students and are chosen for budget efficiency.

What occurs if I am found intoxicated during the trip or activities?

Throughout the trip, participants must be in good physical and mental condition.

If the guide, leader, or driver determines that a traveler is endangering or disrupting the tour staff or other participants due to intoxication, that traveler’s trip will be terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

To tam moje marzenie się spełniło, kiedy udało nam się zobaczyć zorzę polarną. Taka podróż to zdecydowanie coś, co każdy powinien chociaż raz w życiu przeżyć.

My childhood dream finally came true when we saw the northern lights, which was definitely the highlight of the trip. For me, the trip was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I believe everyone should experience.
